VehicleGuard — Vehicle Access & Parking Management System in Bangladesh

Automatic Number-Plate Recognition + RFID Barrier Control — the Gate Opens Only for Vehicles You Trust

Stop managing your gate with a notebook and a whistle. VehicleGuard verifies every vehicle at entry and exit using LPR (number-plate recognition) cameras and long-range UHF tags, then commands a ZKTeco CMP200 parking barrier to open — only for registered, in-validity vehicles. Everything else stays outside, with a snapshot, a CCTV clip reference and a security alert to prove it.

Architecture

How It Fits Together

1

Lane Hardware

ZKTeco CMP200 parking barriers with 1.5-second boom operation, traffic lights, induction-loop and infrared anti-smash detectors, and RF remote for the guard post.

2

Vehicle Identification

LPR cameras read number plates day and night; long-range UHF readers (1–6 m) hear windshield tags — either or both can admit a vehicle, dual-match for highest confidence.

3

VehicleGuard Software

Vehicle registry, access passes, zone occupancy, real-time barrier status, remote open/close/lock, incidents with camera evidence, and entry/exit reports — from one dashboard.

Inside the Platform

Key Features

Vehicle & Driver RegistryPlate, vehicle type, owner, UHF tag and assigned parking zone in one record.
LPR + UHF Dual VerificationPlate and tag verified together; unregistered plates never open the barrier.

CMP200 Barrier ControlBrushless-motor barriers with interchangeable boom direction, auto-closing after the loop clears.
Anti-Smash ProtectionLoop, infrared and radar detectors keep the boom up while anything is beneath it — always active.
Traffic-Light GuidanceRed by default, green on authorised open; drivers always know the lane state.
Anti-PassbackA vehicle already inside cannot re-enter on the same pass; pass-sharing is impossible.
Zone & Occupancy ManagementBasement, office and visitor zones with live capacity bars and alerts.

Why Us

Why Choose CSL SYSTEMS

We handle the full lane — civil layout, barrier foundation, loop saw-cutting, LPR calibration, tag fitting and the software — so there is never a gap between the “camera vendor” and the “barrier vendor.” One provider, one warranty, one support number in Dhaka.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when an unregistered vehicle arrives?
The barrier stays closed with the red light held, security is notified instantly, and the LPR snapshot plus a CCTV clip reference are saved with the incident.
Can the boom hit a car while closing?
No. Loop, infrared and (optionally) radar detectors inhibit closing while anything is in the lane — the anti-smash system is active at all times, even during manual operation.
Do drivers need to stop and show a card?
No. The UHF tag is read from 1–6 metres and the plate is read on approach — an authorised vehicle rolls through with the boom rising in about 1.5 seconds.
What if the network or server goes down?
The lane keeps operating on its local rules; events buffer and sync automatically when the link returns. The guard can also operate the barrier by remote.
Can visitor vehicles be given temporary access?
Yes — a visitor pass with a validity window. After expiry the plate/tag simply stops opening the barrier.
Does it interfere with fire or emergency exit routes?
Never. On a fire signal, barriers release to the open position and stay open; the system only records during an emergency.
